Firstly I created a questionnaire to get some audience feedback.I asked questions about my website and advert and these are my results-

This questionnaire has helped me as i now know what my target audience personally think of my idea.I made sure to ask questions that would help me in my work such as the photo backgrounds.

All together i got 25 responses from my target audience.I made sure to get over 20 to make my information is as accurate as possible.I picked who i asked at random and made sure i didn’t choose based on what clothes people were wearing.I asked both male and female between the ages of 15-30.

Here are my results-

22/25 people said that they liked to name of my clothing brand ‘Be Unique”.

3/25 said they didn’t.

Overall,this question has helped me as i now know that the name is appropriate and my target audience like it. I also asked if there was any other names i could call it and these are the results-

I liked the idea of ‘Be Younique” i think it make the name different from others and stands out more. The way it says ‘you’ in the name makes it even more unique and personal. 2 people suggest this idea and there was a few more similar ones such as ‘You are unique’ and ‘i am unique’.Therefor i will change my name from ‘Be unique’ to ‘Be YOUnique’.

The next question was,

Vintage= 11/25

classic= 4/25

sports wear= 4/25

Retro= 3/25

formal= 2/25

other=1/25

This gives me some reassurance that i have picked the right clothing style and it will be successful. The most popular style picked was ‘Vintage’ and this is the theme i have gone for.

21/25= plain and simple

4/25= busy and full

My results show that my target audience would prefer a plain and simple website rather than a busy full one.I will there for make my website simple but still as aesthetically pleasing and easy to use as possible.

16/25= white background

9/25= outdoor background

I will use mostly a white background but still include some outdoor backgrounds as my results show my audience prefer white but would also enjoy seeing outdoor.

15/25= sans serif

10/25- serif

I will use a sans-serif font on my website.

This question helped me get some ideas for making my website the best it can be and i will try to use as many as possible.

I will use the same style as urban outfitters,these results show me the reason why that store is liked.I will use these same ideas.

I will now defiantly make a home section.

Social media is a popular way to advertise,especially brands that aren’t well known.This is how they can get seen and heard about.

23/25 = yes

2/25= no

I will advertise my clothing brand and website on social media especially Instagram.

Here are some ideas i liked and will take into consideration-

• Add home section.
• Do men’s clothes as well as women’s.
• Use well known clothing brands, Nike, Adidas, Champion etc.
• Instagram should showcase special offers like 2 for £20.
• Pretty colours but not too much ‘in your face’.
• Simple images with little animated movement. Maybe an animated logo.
• make sure the advert isn’t too in ur face or people will likely click of it straight away.
• Use a beach in the advert. Lots of sunlight leaks.

I then did a tally chart to answer the question –

Which name do you prefer and think is the most appropriate for my clothing brand? ‘Be Unique’ or ‘Be Younique’ . There are my results-

Be Uniue ////// 6 24%

Be Younique /////////////////// 19 76%

All together i asked 25 people.To make my tally chart fair and to get accurate results i asked a range of people in my ages range.Both female and male and didn’t base it on their style or appearance.This was done with people picked at random.I got 25 results which is enough for it to be accurate.

My results tell me that my target audience prefer the same Be younique.
